The B.A.C. and Cedar City

This Century America Liberal Arts Project was headed by the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) in honor of the centennial of the Great War. Jeffrey McClurken, Ph.D.,  Chair and Professor of History, University of Mary Washington, and Ellen Holmes Pearson, Ph.D., Associate Professor of History, University of North Carolina, Asheville, oversaw the coursework done by students. See the home page of the project here.

The project was assisted by donations from the Teagle Foundation, which is currently pursuing a two-year pilot project concerning distance learning.

Colin Nimer has created a video to explain what he’s done to prepare for the website and how he went about creating it.
